Mind-FULL or Mindful?

We live in a busy world – one that makes it easy to put aside self-care. Stop the cycle and start developing self-awareness for mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional being. This workshop will help you to start discovering your daily actions, habits and thoughts.

Self-knowledge is power: gaining this power leads you to be more mindful about what goes into you and what comes out of you, and more importantly, what is there within you. This can be present in conversation, eating, thinking, leading, and decision-making.

This is a great opportunity to practice self-care before the busy holiday season and give yourself a winter “reset.” workshop will be held November 22; workshop is 2.5 hours from 7:30 am to 10 am.
